An avid golfer and sailor, Andrew balances his active lifestyle with a deep commitment to giving back, proudly volunteering with the Ocean Youth children’s charity. His dedication and leadership are integral to the team’s success.

Since 2020, Richard Turnbull has been leading the way as Director, drawing on a passion for Rope Access that first sparked in 2007. Outside of work, you’ll often find him traveling or enjoying a round of golf. Richard’s leadership and enthusiasm make him an invaluable part of the team.

Chris Lundon joined the team in 2025 as Head of Strategy and New Business, bringing a fresh perspective and dynamic approach to shaping the future.
